About the Artist

Hi my Name is Rene, I am the artist behind jtk designs...  I am the mother of three beautiful children who inspire me on a daily basis, and  loving husband who is constantly encouraging me and helping make my dreams come true. Together we live in Toronto, Canada.

I have always loved dolls and as a child went from collecting porcelain figure dolls to porcelain baby dolls and now on to vinyl dolls which my daughter houses in her room. This saves me from having to explain about my dolls.. lol. Another of my passions is antiques and collectibles, going from auction to garage sales collecting items is something I find extremely rewarding, thus the evolution of my clothing line. Bringing together my love of dolls, fine antique linens, and collectible baby items has been my dream and now I can bring them all to you the collector in one heirloom package

I am please to say that my creations and dolls are featured in the May and October  issue of doll crafter and costuming and other issues.  They are featured in a high end boutique store in  Beaches Toronto... each and every item is a OOAK creation. Click on the pictures to see details ...
